SRX-Pro is i3 International's flagship digital video management software, designed to deliver powerful video surveillance and business intelligence data, whether on-premises or through cloud-based management (CMS). With a web-based interface, SRX-Pro allows seamless setup and configuration of cameras and devices by technicians. This includes assigning camera names, linking cameras for AI functionality, and pushing critical data to the CMS for advanced analytics.

SRX-Pro can be configured directly on the server, from any desktop within the local network, or remotely through port forwarding. IT personnel can manage multiple SRX-Pro systems from a single, centralized location using i3Host, enabling streamlined control and monitoring. The health of each SRX-Pro system can be monitored daily via CMS, with email alerts sent for critical technical issues. Video backups can be stored locally or in the cloud, and hybrid recording solutions allow for flexible storage options—some cameras can record to the cloud while others store footage locally.
SRX-Pro provides access to both live and archived video through the Video Pilot Client (VPC), a remote viewing application. Users can also access live or backup videos through the CMS web interface or by using mobile apps available for Apple and Android devices.
SRX-Pro integrates seamlessly with i3Host and CMS to provide valuable insights across multiple areas, including safety, security, customer experience, and operational performance.
